Yuri, the owner of AirTek Services was a recommendation from another HVAC professional who was not able to assist me due to his current workload. He mentioned that Yuri was very good and reputable. That description turned out to be true. I contacted Yuri at approximately 6pm and explained that my upstairs AC was struggling to cool on a day that had temps in the upper 90's in the Five Forks / Woodruff Rd area in Simpsonville SC I arranged for him to come the next morning between 10-11. He said he would come to diagnose any issues and we would go from there. Yuri sent me a text at 10am letting me know he was on his way and he arrived by 10:30. After his diagnosis, Yuri shared photos of what he found and clearly explained what the problems were and what was needed to correct it. His explanations took all the mystery out of the project as I was clearly aware of what I was going to be billed for..no surprises. He then provided me with before and after photos of his work. Yuri was professional from the time he drove up to the time he left and delivered true value in a timely fashion.
